A. SCOPE OF WORK
Scope of work of the Service provider is restricted to the following Housekeeping services at the Company
1. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Cleaning Procedures and Schedules
i. Daily Cleaning
ii. Weekly Cleaning
iii. Material Handling
Standard Cleaning Services and Procedures as defined above shall include
ii. Weekly / Periodic Tasks
- Through cleaning of skirting /corners (every week or as and when required)
- High Dusting specially over A/C ducts /light fittings and all areas above eye level
- Thorough cleaning of cob-web specially on open ceiling (Every fortnight or as and when required)
- Through cleaning of Sky light from outside / inside (Every fortnight or as and when required)
- Deep clean all cash counters and cafeteria furniture (Every fortnight or as and when required)
- Thorough cleaning of all shafts and shutters (every fortnight or as and when required)
- To clean floor area under the Gondolas on the fixtures by moving them
- Scrubbing of staircase (every fortnight or as and when required)
- Cleaning of staircase ceiling (every fortnight or as and when required)
iii. Material Handling
- As per the requirement of Stores
The above is broad operating procedure and SWARAJ reserves its right to amend/modify/alter its Standard Operating Procedure from time to time and the same shall be adhered to by SERVICE PROVIDER and it Housekeeping personnel.
A. UTILITIES, SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS
The Service provider shall provide the cleaning material required for the service under this Agreement. The Service provider shall care in selecting the right type of Cleaning Materials / Tools / Equipment to be used in consultation with leading suppliers depending upon the type of jobs to be carried out. Sufficient quantity of materials shall be stocked in ensuring uninterrupted supply. All consumables shall be non-hazardous and environmental friendly.
The Company shall provide adequate supply of water and electricity for providing the services under this and shall also bear the cost of the same.
